the benefit of having thanksgiving at your house.

unfortunately, they're just about gone as we've been eating thanksgiving since thursday.
it's been good.

how was yours?

(and i didn't kill anyone with an undercooked turkey.  in fact, it came out perfectly.  bam!)

Yu-um! Good job on the bird too, I chickened out and did it the easy way with a turkey breast roast in the crock pot.

true story. leftovers are the BEST. especially when dinners like that for thanksgiving take so much time and make such a big mess. We just finished out leftovers too! They were goood!

haha. i think our stack was almost this tall. our thanksgiving was a success too. and with a brand new range to boot. who knew there were so many bells and whistles on a convection oven!!

Well, we left the leftovers at Butch and Barbara's and just kept going back for subsequent meals. No cleanup! No overcrowded fridge!

Winning!

I cooked my first turkey last year and was so nervous! Glad yours turned out well! Also, that is an impressive stack (literally!) of left overs you have there!

I see this as a downfall! HA! We hosted Thanksgiving & had a RIDICULOUS amount of leftovers because my peeps completely ignore what I ask them to bring & they bring twice as much! We had a great Thanksgiving though!
