mom's in town (this makes me happy).
we went for a winter walk.
kids had another snow day. this is super fun for them, of course, but i am thinking they might be in school till august with all the snow days as of late. that, on the other hand, will not be so fun.
gracie had a ball. she was born for the snow, i think.
all in all, beautiful day. and i think we're getting pizza tonight. yessssah.

did your mom do the splits on this winter walk? kidding. pizza sounds good. oh and speaking of pizza, you are right - italian food is better than german food. definitely. however, i do appreciate being able to walk down the street in germany and not feel as though i'm getting whistled at or cat-called from every male in a 5k radius. oh well, every rose has its thorn, i suppose. (can i use that in this context?)

lovely sunny snow pictures. We had so much snow in December that I was moaning about when it would finally disappear, but now that it's gone I wouldn't mind a little bit more back to brighten up the grey.
